Choose a company and ensure other groups have not taken this company .:

1. Give the Industry scenario for the world

2. Give the industry scenario within the country.
3. Introduction about the company including vision and Mission
4. Summary of the history of the company with mile stones.
5. Competitive Profile Matrix
6. SWOT Analysis ( Based on Ratios )
7. PESTLE Analysis
8. Strategies adopted by the company so far ( Corporate level , Business Level).Your
observations on how the strategies worked and implemented.
9. Strategies to be followed by the company in future to increase the
competitiveness.

Source : Moneycontrol.com Industry portals, Yahoo finance, Google finance, The

company’s web site , the investor presentations made by the company, News Papers and
Magazines. Download minimum 4 articles about the company for each member of the
team and distribute the articles to each member of the group. Each member to give one
page summary of the articles read in the bullet form.

All members have to make the presentation and the presentation will be for 20 to 25
minutes maximum. Please choose one of the following companies and inform the group
details by next week.
