I am writing to express my sincerest apologies for being unable to help you with the editing of
our infomercial video.

First and foremost, I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience. I was busy with
other tasks given by other subject teachers which may have been the reason for my negligence.
I will take full responsibility for my incompetence and ignorance.

I hope that you can give me another task to make it up to you and the group. I promise that I
will participate in the next task that will be given. Please do not hesitate to contact if ever you
have any questions, concerns, and requests about this matter.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced with
respect to my negligence as the group secretary.
