In this study, awareness refers to the part taken by employed women in both public and private

hospitals.

Effectiveness- actually in a purpose or foce; functioning (Dictionary.com, 2017)

In this study, effectiveness refers to the part taken by employed women in both public and

private hospitals.

Implementation- to make something active or effective ( Merriam Dictionary, 2017)

In this study, Implementation is the measure on how effective the law.

Magna Carta of Women- comprehensive women's human rights law that seeks to eliminate

discrimination against women by recognizing, protecting, fulfilling and promoting the rights of

Filipino women, especially those in marginalized sector (PSA.GOV.PH, 2010).

In this study, magna carta of women refers to the law that are applied in working women in

both public and private hospitals in Iloilo City.

Hospital- an institution in which sick or injured persons are given medical  treatment.

In this study, hospitals refers on which the research will be conducted.

Women- an adult female persona woman belonging to a particular category (as by birth,

residence, membership, or occupation) —usually used in combination (Merriam-Webster

Dictionary, 2017).

In this study, women refers to the employed women both in public and private hospitals in Iloilo

City who will be the participants of the study.
