P:”as far as i know there isnt clots”

D:”does it happen all the time when you pass water?”

P:”yes,it does happen all the time”

D:”how long has this happened for?”

P:”about 15 days ago”

D:”is it near the biginning,end,or during the entire urine stream?”

P:”it is happen during the entire urine stream”

D:”are you taking rifampicin?have you eaten beetroot?”

P:”no,im not taking any medication&never eat beetroot

D:”is there pain specifically in the lower tummy or genital ureas?does the pain come in waves?”

P:”yes,there pain in that area & it come like waves”
