When you have mastered all the skills on this checklist, you will have all the components of the
level 3 compulsory routines.

Vault
 handstand flat back onto a mat stack

Bars
 pullover
 front hip circle
 single leg squat through
 forward stride circle (mill circle) or single leg basket swing
 back hip circle
 underswing dismount

Beam
 handstand
 split leap with 90 degree split
 straight jump
 side handstand dismount

Floor
 split jump with 90 degree leg separation
 handstand forward roll
 handstand to a bridge to a kickover
 split leap with 90 degree split
 backward roll to a pushup position
 round-off back-handspring
