Greetings!

Thank you for attending to our request of medicine delivery immediately. However, I would
like to express our letdown and disappointment regarding with the medicines you delivered.
Though you were able to supply the accurate kind of Mefenamic Acid, I’m afraid you sent
Cefuroxime Axetil Zegen instead of Phenylpropanolamine HCl Chlorphenamine Maleate
Paracetamol Nafarin-A, which we requested.
To resolve the issue, we will return the the box of Cefuroxime Axetil Zegen and we would
like you to please do another delivery of the exact medicine we need. We hope for your fast
reply regarding this matter since the medical mission will take place the day after tomorrow.
