1. As a K-pop fan, I am interested in everything that are related to Korean culture.


2. I’m interested in Korean culture so I have been interested in their language , I can read Hangul
and understand some of their words.
3. It’s inspires me to study hard and focus on school works.
4. Yes, because it raise my self-esteem and my perception.
5. Yes, because Korean is known for the good quality of their beauty products.

7. Yes, its possible because we adapted the way they dressed, also their fashion as well as the

1. In my opinion, the Korean pop culture is quite a unique one because they integrated their music
with dance which make their pop culture more interesting for me. And their song lyrics’ has
deep meaning when translated into a language that I understand.
2. It gives me entertainment because the artists are funny and their humor are the same as mine.
And they also helps me discover myself more.
3. For me most of the time it is an inspiration because I am able to go to concerts and other events
related to K-pop whenever I do good at school and impress my parents. And it is also a reward
to myself.
4. No, it does not change my standard an it does not raise my self insecurities, because we all have
our own unique characteristics that we have to embrace, I am just idolizing them not only by
their physical appearance but also by their passion on doing the things they love.
5. No, because the products that they are using are quite expensive and some of them are created
for a different type of weather that is not suitable here in the Philippines.
6. No, it is just part of music that I like but it does not completely prevent me from listening to
other types of music because there are also other artists that I liked, locally and internationally.
7. Yes, because K-pop artists has grown globally and their fan base are growing as well so it is not
impossible for other fans to experience the same thing as mine.

1. In my opinion, the Korean pop culture is quite a unique one because they integrated their music

2. Whenever I’m sad or upset, I listen to their music. They are also one of my inspiration to study
hard so that sometime I’ll be able to meet them.
3. K-pop is an inspiration to me. It makes me happy and when I’m reviewing, I listen to it a lot
because if I get high grades there’s a possibility that I can attend to the concerts.
4. Not really. Sometimes, I wonder what it feels like to be a k-pop idol. K-pop for me, raise my self-
esteem in the way I improve myself more instead of being envious to them.
5. Sometimes, yes. If is saw products that are being endorsed by my favorite k-pop idol, I buy it
immediately without thinking if it will be useful or not.
6. No. Even though I listen to k-pop songs a lot, I also love sings from international artist like
Selena, Dua, Halsey and etc. K-pop songs and other types of music are both unique and have
distinctive characteristics. So there are times that I like listening to English songs more and there
are times that I like listening to k-pop songs.
7. It depends. People or k-pop fans like me doesn’t have the same preference in life. Maybe some
experiences what I’ve experienced and maybe some does not.

1. I think that k-pop has a very big impact to the fans especially to their lives and beliefs. I think it is
a good inspiration especially for me.
2. The benefit I can attain is that whenever I see or watch my biases, I always feel inspired to do
my tasks in school or even chores at home.
3. Based on my experience, k-op has always been an inspiration to everything. I do this because I
never forge my responsibilities despite my ultimate fangirling.
4. From time to time, I e envious of the beauty of k-pop idols. But then, it does not serve as a
hindrance for me to have self-confidence. Instead, exert more effort in order to improve my
own cooks and personality.
5. Yes it affects my choice of product. Since I became a K-pop stan, I would always go for Korean
bands because I obviously want o look like them
6. Of course not. I am a K-pop stan but I still very much appreciate other types of music. Just like
the liberating K-pop, I am open all genres because I appreciate all three.
7. I think so. If they have the same outlook as me then most probably we will have the same
effects. While if they have a negative outlook then it will affect them negative also.

1. Recently, I have started listening to some groups over the last weekend, and quite frankly, it is
something to be appreciated for so, Korean pop culture is pretty awesome!
2. The benefit I can attain is that whenever I see or watch my biases, I always feel inspired to do
my tasks in school or even chores at home.
3. Not much, K-pop can be a time- spender alertly, a fun one
4. K-pop for me does not affect my mental state much because it is simply a delight to listen to.
Just casually!
5. Nope! But I do see some K-pop stars on beauty and products.
6. Personally, I appreciate all forms of music! K-pop is a subgenre I have recently gotten into!
7. I think so! K-pop is meant to be a fun and quite lovely thing to listen, and pf course- experience!

5. No. I still have my own preferences. I think that what works for them does not necessarily mean it will
work for me.

6. No. I still listen to other types of music and still enjoy them despite liking K- Pop.
7. Possibly. Some K- Pop fans can still be influenced by their own culture especially because of their
patriotism.

1. It is amusing how their culture works, how many there are and especially, their genre which is very
likeable.

3. No. It does not distract me in my academics. In fact, I get inspired and motivated in school.

4. It brings joy, a little bit of course because they are handsome and beautiful. That is what make us feel
so insecure about our faces.

5. Yes. I always buy Korean products. Such ah Korean type skincare and foods.

6. Nope. I listen to American Pop and OPM too. Because I also like other genres of music.

7. Yes. Because most of us are this way, it is like a K- Pop fan syndrome.

1. Kpop culture stands as the beginning of the evolution in pop culture. It stands as an inspiration to
other musical genre in which some people adopt.

2. Being a kpop fab gives me enough inspiration that will drive ne ti do work better with enjoyment and
ease.

3. Kpop gives me inspiration. I always set standards and think that if I'll do good at school, my idols will
be proud at me. Lol.

4. Being a kpop fan helped me boost my self-esteem in a way that i imagine and aim to be like them and
with that I realized i have to take care of myself more.

6. No, i still has the heart if being filipina and that kpop does not stop me in listening to our pop culture.

1. I think they are really amazing and talented. I am amazed by how they can manage their tine. I am
amazed by their sacrifices just to make their fans happy. I think this is the most amazing culture I've seen
2. We, K-pop fans, get motivation and inspiration through K-Pop music. We gain our inspiration to live
again because of their music

3. It serves as an inspiration as well as distraction. Inspiration because they give me inspiration to do


well on my studies so that I can see them in the future. Distraction because my attention is separated in
half. But I will prevent this distraction for my brighter future.

4. It doesn't change my standards in physical beauty but it does change my self-insecurity and self-
esteem. My self-insecurity and self-esteem become lower because I always see beautiful face on my
phone screen.

5. Yes it does. Especially on the foods that I want. Like heokkboki (Korean rice cakes), odeng (fish cake),
and ramen. I like those foods because of K-Pop. They became my favorite foods. Also, I trust Korean
products more because for me, Korean products are good and legit products and can give no harm to
our body.

6. I still listen to English songs, so I assume the answer is no. K-Pop culture does not affect me from
listening to other types of music. But I also often listen to k-Pop music because it has more inspirational
message than other English or Tagalog songs.

7 . No. Because K-Pop fans have different perspectives about being a fan.
