notice that he is appealing the adverse decision of this Court dated 23
October 2019, copy of which was served on defendant on 25 October 2019,
to the Regional Trial Court, the same being contrary to the facts and the law.

The parties in this appeal are defendant as appellant and plaintiff as

appellee.

Defendant has paid the appeal fees, per Official Receipt No. 68593,
dated 28 October 2019, copy of which is enclosed.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the records of the case,

together with the original of the Official Receipt of the payment of appeal
and other fees, be elevated to the RTC for disposition of the appeal.
