Re: Poor Catering Service

Dear Ms. Basoc,

Greetings!
I am writing this letter to express the employees of our company who experienced the
catering services that happened in our seminar in March 4, 2020. Though the food was
enough for the employees who attended the seminar, the food and the accommodation was
poor. The some of the food that was served was salty and oily and the drinks aren’t cold. The
servers are bit disrespectful and unapproachable.
To resolve the issue, I would like you to have a discount for a poor accommodation of your
catering services
