In behalf of our department, I am writing this letter to express my sincerest apologies for we
can’t comply immediately to your request for a copy of the financial book for the month of
February.

Our department is still in process of making financial statements. We are still waiting for the
company’s bank statement for the month of February which have resulted in your request
being complied. I hope that you can still wait until the bank statement will arrive. Attached
herewith are the partial expenses and revenues of the month.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with
respect to our failure to communicate with you promptly.
