PROJECT PROPOSAL

Title of the Project: Bottled Water Project Proposal

Problem:

Last October 29, 2019 at around 9:04 AM, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology

and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) recorded the second strong earthquake of Magnitude 6.6

that shook the province of North Cotabato and with almost the same epicenter located

25 kilometers southeast of the municipality of Tulunan of said province with a depth of 7

kilometers. Because of this crisis, Water has always been a leading issue in North

Cotabato. We, the Sta. Ana National High School teacher would like to help giving

goods such as bottled mineral water for the victims of the recent earthquake. Through

giving such good, we can help in our own little ways with sympathy and sincerity.

Goals:

 To provide their water needs.

 To help the victims of the recent earthquake.

 To improve water sustainability.

 To give hope, happiness and love to the victims of the recent earthquake.
Outcomes:

The key outcomes of the proposed project are as follows:

 Give each individual a bottled mineral water.

 Increased water supply reliability and quality.

 Access clean drinking water through bottled mineral water.

 Sustained their water problem.
