INTRODUCTION

This project of “LAPTOP SHOPE”based on Vb.Net programming.

Visual Basic is object oriented language so it overcomes the problem occurs in
procedure oriented language.

In the manual system the work of validating the various processes is

very tedious & time consuming. This system overcomes the problems of the
existing system. In this system we can add new record, modify that record &
update the record about the bikes. Also it displays the transactions about selling.

The system deals with all the aspects given above. These aspects help to
carry out the work manually & in a timely manner.

Laptop Shape management system is use to maintain the record of

daily sales of Laptops and purchases order of Laptops accessories, services,
summary of all the sales, purchase and various reports.

The system intends to speed up the process, improve the efficiency,

data consistency, better error handling and finally to achieve better customer
satisfaction. The system is having various transaction as per below.

5
EXISTING SYSTEM

It is depicted from the current scenario of the organization that work is

carried out manually.

The records of payment of customer and availability of Laptop accessories in the

register. In the register each page is maintained for individual customer. There are
number of daily activities carried out by organization and for ach activity or the
process, it’s difficult to maintain records manually.

To existing system is time consuming and very complex almost in every job like
make an invoice, keep records of payments, pending orders etc.

As the organization is newly established they do not make their system

Computerized and handle the work manually. Therefore to develop efficiency in
the organization’s activities, it is needed to make it Computerized.

6
NEEDS OF SYSTEM

Most of the student who are not self disciplined make a deliberate mischief
of recording false attendance through their friends and it is enable for teacher to
observe every student present in class while calling roll call of the student.

With view to create a perfect System of recording attendance it is necessary

to make system Software for recording attendance.

The college at the time exam fees norms in respect of attendance for
allowing the student to appear in the examination.

If the attendance is recorded manually the teachers shall have to make the
tedious job of calculating the attendance of every student in each class.

7
SCOPE OF SYSTEM

Sai Enterprises is engaged in to assemblies of PC’s. For assembly of PC’s,

required material is maintained or taken from sub vendor.

In this procedure certain activities are taken place, In these activities some number
of entities becomes part of this procedure that has vital importance in this project

These are:-

 Customer

 Order

 Stock

 Delivery

 Invoice

Customer: Demand for an assembly of machine with some specification. For this
purpose he asked for quotation and if he is not aware of particular components
receives the suggestion from vendor.

Order: As customer is satisfied with the enquiry, he places an order for machine,
with some specification including vendor’s suggestions, if any.

Stock: When customer places an order, vendor first checks his availability of
stock. Then prepare schedule according to this. Schedule involves common item
that have been ordered to be the sub vendors against different customer with
specifications.

Delivery: After confirmation of stock availability or completion of other

formalities vendor delivers the machines with installation of all software and
hardware.

Invoice: After the end of the process invoice is prepared. It contains total amount
payable by customer with its details, and sends along with delivery.
