Greetings!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the BOSTON BAY washing machine that I bought
on February 28, 2020 from your store in St, Poblacion, Mati. By the time I open the faucet and
start the machine, there is just little amount of water that is entering the machine even though the
current of the water in the faucet fast. When I attempted to return it to the store on January 30,
2020, the employee on duty, Laub Bhabu, told me that he would not accept the item because he
didn`t see any damage.
To resolve the issue, I would like you to replace my a new machine but a different brand that you
game me. I am enclosing a copy of the original receipt and the bank details which you might need.
