Suatu bidang/permukaan cat dianggap cacat/rusak apabila lapisan cat tersebut benar-benar tidak ada, atau hilang nya daya rekat yang menyebabkan lapisan cat terlepas dari bidang/permukaan dinding yang secara teknis dalam kondisi baik, kering, bebas dari kontaminasi. An area will be considered defective when a discoloration or change in colour occurs equivalent to the scale 2/3 or less when compared with a Grey Seale (ISO 105/A02). Suatw bidang/permukaan dianggap cacat/rusak apabila terjadi perubahan warna setara atau kurang dari skala 2/3 ketika dibandingkan dengan grey scale (ISO 105/A02) ‘An area will be considered defective if there is continuous and excessive cracking of the paint film (other than that caused by concrete/plaster/substrate cracking, or due to the application of the paint system in extreme hot conditions), which cause detachment of the paint film from the edges of the cracks, leading to subsequent flaking. This indemnity shall apply to all third party claims except for claims relating to death or personal injury directly arising from gross negligence on the part of the Guarantor. MAINTENANCE DURING GUARANTEE PERIOD PEMELIHARAAN SELAMA JANGKA WAKTU JAMINAN The paint system shall be maintained by Owner and the Guarantor shall not be liable under this Guarantee unless the paint systems are inspected at regular intervals not exceeding 18 months and an inspection report is made.
