Field Performance Test;

1. Calculate the suction pressure gauge. (From another pump discharge

pressure gauge and ISOMETRIC drawing)
2. Measure the discharge pressure at site pressure gauge.
3. Install Ultrasonic Flowmeter and Measure the flow rate.
4. Measure the current from sub-station or control room.
5. Measure the existing motor rpm.
6. Plot the performance curve for below point by throttling the dischrage valve.
a. Shut-off (If possible), (expected 0% of discharge valve)
b. Minimum Flow (If possible), (expected 10% of discharge valve)
c. BEP Flow, (expected 50% of discharge valve)
d. Rated Flow, (expected 60% of discharge valve)
e. 120% BEP Flow, (expected 70% of discharge valve)

2. Vapor pressure for calculating NPSHA
