I, Ms. Moring, Hotel manager of JLM Hotel, am writing this letter on behalf of the entire
staff of the hotel to convey our apologies for the inefficient and rude quality services which
has been caused to you. We appreciate that you made us realize that we lapsed in our services
when our staff in front desk has been rude to you on March 19, 2020. We express our
heartfelt apologies for this regretful situation and assure you that such unfortunate situation
shall never be happen in the future.
As a part of our apologies we are offering you complete relaxation on our hotel during you
stay. Please accept it and pardon us.
