Greetings!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Canon Printer that I bought on January 28,
2020 from your store in Rizal Extension. Though the printer looks fine, it produces gray, fuzzy
text if printing on plain office paper. When I attempted to return it to the store on February 2,
2020, the employee on duty, Daniela Vicente, told me that she would not accept the item
because she didn’t see any damage.
To resolve the issue, I would like you to refund the full amount that I paid (Php 4,729.86,
including tax) through cash or bank transfer. I am enclosing a copy of the original receipt and
the bank details which you might need.
