SUBJECT: Sending of medical volunteers to help the victims of Mayon

Volcano Eruption

With the recent explosion of Mayon Volcano, we are tasked to send volunteers in Bicol to
provide assistance and a new batch of medical supplies that they need.

PROBLEM
They are currently lacking people to attend to the wounded. There are some patients who
need immediate surgeries but they cannot do the procedures due to lack of manpower,
common medicines and anesthesias. Though, our hospital is also tight on schedule these past
few days, we will still need to comply and send some volunteers.

MEDICINE
The sending team are tasked to bring with them a few boxes of medicine to restock their
needed supplies there. These are the following:
 Diazepam
 Lorazepam
 Propofol
 Dextrose

We will be leaving tomorrow, May 14, at five in the morning. Our travel time is expected to
be four to six hours. We will proceed directly to the site. Prepare yourselves and be ready to
take immediate needed actions. It is a 3-day trip, but should complications arise, we are
expected to stay longer.
