1.- Highlight the relevant information.

● There was a break in their business regarding to the milk production for the news laws
implemented for EEC.
● They had to find a new business respect the production and they finally chose ducks,
specially “foie gras” with a high quality.
● “Foie gras” had a very success in sales with a high increase of the demand.
● They need to finance all the necessary investment for the future of their company, but
unfortunately they can't do it because they don't have enough capital.
● They have the possibility for make an alliance and accept investment from another
farmer to address the increase of the demand.
