The criterion to determine that a project manager is successful in his work is to validate that
he carries out the necessary processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close it. Even
events that mean canceling project execution occur, the project manager is successful in his
work because he follows the best practices. The companies normally carry out established
processes, however, the continuous improvement of the same leads to the emergence of
initiatives to create new products, processes or deliverables that will justify their
investment, therefore it is necessary for every engineer to know what these best practices
are to complement your professional growth.
