    IT Incident Report

    Date: May 14,2019 Time: May 14, 2014

    Incident Details
    On the 14th May the bank closed circuit television (CCTV), the Digital Video Recorder device having a
    recording and playback issue. We observed that the 5 volt power supply and SATA interface is abnormal,
    the hardisk is not detected and there is no video icon. I pay attention to check the cabling connection
    issue, reboot and reset to its factory default but still the device is not operational.
