Procedure: Describe how you will:

Introduce: Review 1st lesson and introduce todays lesson and remind
students why this is significant to their learning successes.
Communicate Discuss how study skills can help with understanding and using
Lesson Objective: vocabulary, making use of other strategies based on personal
learning style, plan on how and when to study for tests and
managing their time.
Teach Content: Review article and how ask students for their reactions. Have
they heard of it? Is this a study skill they can see themselves
utilizing?
Practice Content: After student reads the article, they will develop a brief
presentation of an example of when this strategy could be
used. Provide examples for students as well.
Summarize: Students will read about using Pegwords to remember
information and ask if they have any questions.

Close: Provide a summary of the lesson.
