pada tanggal 4 november 2017 jam 23.00 saya over handle dengan shift evening bahwa kamar 520 early cek out dan di minta untuk di make up room.pada saat
saya make up room saya temukan barang tamu ketinggalan berupa handphone merek samsung.pada saat saya breafing nigth tamu tersebut menelpon ke FO
melalui telpon kamar menanyakan hanphone milik beliau.kemudian saya segera membawakan barang tersebut ke pemiliknya ke kamar 520.

Solution to Incident segera mengantarkan barang tersebut ke pemiliknya dan meminta maaf.
