Good day!

This is in line with the Division Memorandum No. 019, s. 2020, “Announcing The Schedule of
Activities Relative to Recruitment of Elementary, Junior High School & Senior High School
Teaching Positions for SY 2020-2021,” specifically paragraph 2 which states that:

“Further, this division will allow UPDATING/RETENTION of points for those applicants who
have earned at least seventy (70) points under DepEd Order Nos. 7 & 22, 2015 for Elementary
and Junior High School applicants, and under DepEd order No. 3, s. 2016 for Senior High
School applicants.”

I, the undersigned, was listed as one of the Registered Qualified Applicants from SY 2019-2020
ranking for teachers. However, I was not given an item for the SY 2019-2020. For this matter, I
hereby want to express in writing my intention to update/retain my previous ranking score.
