Dear Ms. Halom,

Greetings!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Model X Monitor that I bought on January
05, 2020 from your store in Quezon Street. Though the computer looks fine, it will not turn on
when I press the power button. When I attempted to return it to the store on February 27, 2020,
the employee on duty, Melow Dangs, told me that she would not accept the item because It is
more than 2 weeks after the item was bought.

To resolve the issue, I would like you to refund the full amount that I paid (Php .7,426.58
including tax) through cash or bank transfer. I am enclosing a copy of the original receipt and the
bank details which you might need.
