This is to inform you that the closing of the financial book in the month of February 2020 should
be completed by March 20, 2020.
We know that we are already missed the deadline of the completion of the financial book for the
month of February 2020 because of the delay of the arrival of the bank statement from BDO. We
are expected to finish the financial book at the said date according from the order of the Director
Glen Luis Avery Visitacion.
