Dear DIRECTOR CALAGUI,

Greetings!

This a relative with the scholarship program Commission on higher Education (CHED) which
is the Student Financial Assitant Program (StuFAP’s) and of which the undersigned is
currently a benificiary.

I am JASON O. FELICES, currently enrolled at Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU),

Butuan City, as a freshmen student taking up of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and
about to enroll for the second semester for school year 2019-2020. And, what hinders me
from doing so is that I obtained a GPA of 2.02 which is a 0.02 higher than the required GPA
which is 2.0.

With this I am respectfully requesting for a reconsideration to still be among the grantees of
benificiaries of StuFAP’s, so that I can continue on my studies and to ease my family’s
expenses. I promise to be more productive and to improve my grades.
