    Working as a Lead Solution Consultant to elicit & capture business requirements, design system
    architecture/solution, define corresponding system requirements for the organization’s Assurance
    program for functionalities spanning across Service Assurance Solution (Fault Management, TT
    Mgmt., Change & Problem management domains. This involves working in close co-ordination with
    the Business and other IT teams to analyze existing system functionalities, capture ASIS business
    processes, design TOBE business process and identify the system requirements, design system
    architecture/solution, design /Review of Detailed/Architecture Design documents, Interface
    specifications etc., to build the TOBE system functionalities meeting the business requirements
