Principles of motion Economy followed:

 The two hands should begin as well as complete their motions at the same
time
 The two hands should not be idle at the same time except during rest
periods and during the work cycle of a worker-machine system
 Motions of the arms should be made in opposite and symmetrical
directions, and should be made simultaneously
 The work should be designed to emphasize the worker’s preferred hand
 Smooth continuous curved motions of the hands.
 Eye fixation should be as few and as close together as possible
 Fixed Placed of all work pieces
 Material is closed to point of use
 Tool and materials are pre-positioned
