Marketing Objectives

1. To achieve the total sales of 800,000 within the next five years from inbound
marketing activities in order to achieve revenue of RM 37.8bil by 2022.
2. To gain the profit of RM 27.7bil by the year 2022.
3. To increase the percentage of customers who rate services as excellent to 80% within
five years.
4. To increase the number of inquiries that comes from our marketing communications
efforts by 15% by the end of the year.
5. To increase product awareness among the public to 45% in the next five years.
6. To retain the existing customers and expand the customer base by attracting new
customers every year.
7. To increase market share by 30% and develop a strong market position for home
financing products and services.
8. To launch at least 5 new products and services into the market within the next ten
years.
