For SEBI’s Financial Literacy drive, we worked closely with NISM in designing the standard study
material for all the different categories of investors, as envisaged by SEBI.

SEBI entrusted us with the job of translating its Investor Awareness study material, hitherto
available only in English, into Marathi. Now, for the first time ever, SEBI’s Investor Awareness
study material is available in a regional Indian language (Marathi).

We have authored a book on Mutual Funds for the Bombay Stock Exchange titled, ‘Investing in
Mutual Funds’, for which the foreword was written by erstwhile SEBI ED Shri. R. K. Nair.

For the National Stock Exchange, we have designed: Mutual Funds – A Beginners Module (MFBM)
