Summary

Observers: Akhil and Sebin

Planning Team members: Meheroz, Karan lohumi, Sumit, Abhigyan
Operating Team members: Anjali, Mileen, Gagandeep, abhisekh parate

From observer’s perspective.

During the planning period.

The planning team members were clearly bamboozled initially but eventually caught up on
the goal. This wasted a significant amount of time. Yes, there was active participation by all
the planning members. There was participation and there was chaos.

Hindering factors: Three members of the team were the alphas trying to assert their
opinions, strategies. This only ended up creating chaos.

Facilitating factors However, one of the planning members karan lohumi, was aggressively
listening to others and was pensive the entire duration. His contribution lead to some
progress which he asserted in his own way and not throwing instructions at the operating
team but enumerating clear steps to mileen Solanki separately. In the end only mileen had
some idea about the task in the operating team.
The team impulsively started to work on the plan without any strategy due to the lack of
time. The instructing team was forced to be invited after the deadline was crossed.

During the Instructing period and after the instructions.

Who gives the instructions to the operating team? How was this decided?
Answer: Meheroz assumed the responsibity. But due to lack of time and the under
preparedness the instructions were thrown at the operating team. Only karan lohumi
maintain his composure and calmness articulated instructions to mileen while meheroz and
sumit were shouting instructing everyone. Lack of a clear strategy to give instructions
caused all the chaos. A clear strategy would have avoided the confusion. The instructions
were complete but all over the place. Nothing was left out planned by the team but it lacked
clarity which added to the confusion. Therefore in the end the operation teams was able to
complete only half of the task
