Another thing which is very essential for good health is rest When food is burnt in the cells of
the body at high rate or speed, the blood cannot carry the Waste material as fast as accumulate in
the cells and prevent them for working properly, causing fatigue. It makes: people ill-tempered,
slows down their thinking power and causes them to mistakes and lowers their resistance to
diseases Sitting or lying down quietly is good way of resting and so is working at some hobby
that does not require much physical energy. However nothing can take the place of sleeping.
