FERTILIZERS is a substance such as animal waste or chemical mixture that we pour on the ground. ORGANIC FERTILIZERS are the substance that we put or spread on the soil which was made out of organic materials such as fruits, vegetable, and animal manure. Decomposed organic matter. Are natural materials of either plant or animal origin including livestock manure, green manures, crop residues, household wastes. DIFFERENT TYPES OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER
Organic liquid fertilizer it is a binding agent that help the plant better absorb water and nutrients. It can be sprayed on their leaves and should be applied on weekly or monthly basis.
PROCEDURE IN MAKING ORGANIC LIQUID FERTILIZER
1. Prepare the container. 2. Put the water on it. 3. Add the cow dung. 4. Mix it until the colour of water turns brown. 5. Use it to water the plant weekly or in monthly basis. Dry organic fertilizer it is mixed in the soil and can be used in grounds and in containers. This type of fertilizer can be added as a long term in growth in seeding of the crops.
PROCEDURE IN MAKING ORGANIC DRY FERTILIZER
1. Make a little holes around the container. 2. Put soil in the container. 3. Collect vegetable and fruit scraps. Add also different materials like eggshell, leaves, grass and other natural materials. Put it on the container. Avoid putting human and animal waste and cooked food. You can use any different soil to it. 4. Mix the soil with the natural or organic materials. 5. It will take 2-6 months to be used. Make sure to mix it and put small amount of water but not really wet. Cover it with soil every time you are going to put kitchen scraps.
