Rationale:

In present situation, employee’s attitude and effectiveness in work were tarnished by changing leadership and
its different style of management. Likewise massive growth of information and communication technology
and innovation had changed his/her perspective on what should an employee’s be. To enable the organization
to address gender issues and concerns in this aspect, a Work Attitude and Work Effectiveness (WAWE) Seminar
Workshop was conceptualized. WAWE will dealt with the complementation and relationship of male and female
personnel by identifying his/her work attitude scale and assessing dynamicity of the office whether it served for the
employee’s to work as a team. Furthermore, WAWE also focus on developing the capacity and capability of male and
female employee’s on leadership and problem solving as individual and as a group.

Objective:

By the end of the three-day seminar workshop, the male and female participants of WAWE shall:

1. Deliberate the complementation and relationship of male and female in an organization;


2. Examine his/her work attitude in relation to office environment;
3. Discuss managerial tendency of individual by experiencing leadership and problem solving capacity;
and
4. Assess their office whether they work as a team.
