1. Need Registration For Activated SSPR (For First Time Access Portal Office 365).

 Portal Register SSPR (https://aka.ms/ssprsetup).

2. Authentication Method (alternate method to identification user reset password):

 Mobile Phone
 Alternate Email.
>> Click Add method , then choose Email as the method

>> Input your alternate email (ex: gmail.com)

>> Check your gmail account, and enter the verification code
3. Portal Reset Password (https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/).
Note: Poin ini bisa dilakukan jika users sudah melakukan registration SSPR (poin 1).

>> Input your username and the characters in the picture

>> Choose contact method for the verification

>> Enter the verification code that sent to your mobile phone

>> Enter your new password, then click Finish
