SUBJECT: CHANGING OF DESIGNATION

In the exigency of the service, You, Reymond Martinez and Brando Cioco are hereby
ordered to change designation. Reymond Martinez as the New Office Watchman and
Brando Cioco as the new Driver/Plumber effective November 11, 2019.

As such, you are expected to strictly perform the duties and responsibilities of the
newly assigned task. You are also expected to render monthly written reports to the
undersigned or the Officer-In-Charge for monitoring purposes.

This special assignment/designation is however without additional compensation.
