Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and paid by AVELINO B.
FRANCISCO JR.., of legal age, Filipino and resident of PNP Campsite, Masbate City
(hereinafter referred to as the BUYER for brevity), DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said BUYER, my heirs and assigns a parcel of
land, with all the structures and improvements constructed thereon, and more particularly
described as follows:
