Sub: Non- receipt of maturity amount of fixed deposit receipts

As per the instructions of my client Sri V. Y. Pantulu, Plot No 21, Sri Ramachamdra Nagar, Thumukunta
Hyderabad this legal notice is being served.

My client has deposited an amount of Rs. 2,25,000/- ( Rs. two lak twenty five thousand only) on 20 th Apr
2011 for a period of three years. My client got a cheque on 20- 04- 2014 for Rs. 91, 763/- towards the
interest and also a proforma application for renewal of the fixed deposit for another period of three
years. Accordingly my client has sent the FD Receipts along with the application for renewal and the
documents were received at your end on 08- 03- 2014.

Inspite of the repeated reminders by my client he has not received the FDRs after renewal and also the
interest amount for the period of three years from 2014 to 2017.

Please see that the Renewal FDRs for Rs. 2,25,000/- ( Rs. two lak twenty five thousand only) are sent and
also the principle amount of Rs. 2,25,000/- along with interest is immediately sent failing which suitable
legal action will be initiated.
