Dear Mr. Yan,

I am writing to express my sincerest apologies for being unable to respond immediately to your
request for a copy of our company’s financial statements for the year 2018 to 2019.

Our company, with its newly appointed administration, has been experiencing a series of key
staff changes for the past weeks, which may have resulted in your letter of request being
overlooked. Consequently, it took almost 10 days before your letter reached my office.

At Seri’s Choice, we deeply value our professional relationship with you, our staffs, and we
take pride in ensuring our client's satisfaction with our services. However, we admit that this
time we failed in meeting your expectations. Because of this, our Communications Department
has already been directed to undertake certain measures to prevent communication system
failures in the future.

I hope that you are still interested on checking our financial reports. Attached herewith are the
company’s income statement, statement of retained earnings, and balance sheets that you have
requested. Please do not hesitate to contact us when you have any questions or concerns about
these documents.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with
respect to our failure to communicate with you promptly.
