General 

● 1+ years of commercial experience with development of Automation QA (2 in 

QA/Java)  
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field of study 
● Track record of working in Scrum / Agile software teams 
● Proficient spoken and written English 

Responsibilities 

● UI testing, black box, functionaland automated regression. 

● Work with product test strategies, write and execute test plans, file bugs, and 
communicate with the team about issues, risk, and product quality 
● Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the QA process 
● Work with engineering and support to triage inbound bug reports and reproduce 
reported issues 
● Expand our end-to-end automated test coverage using . 
● Good understanding of the development processes 
● You are methodical and detail oriented, with solid analytical skills and 
problem-solving ability 
● You are a good person to work with, get along with others, and are able to work 
effectively in a team 
● You have a dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach 
to testing 
● You are extremely self-motivated; able to find opportunities for improvement and 
tackle them, without external direction 
● Develop, track, and report project level status and other performance metrics to 
appropriate project manager 
● Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the 
development process 

 
Technical Skills 

● Solid experience with Software Development Life Cycle, Development, and Testing 
areas 
● 1+ years of experience with automated testing tools 
● 2+ years of experience in manual test methods 
● Ability to read and write Java Code 
● Use of testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, 
● Integrated testing of all applications within and across domains 
● Strong communication, presentation, consulting and documentation skills 
● Strong sense of ownership and commitment
