Title: The Church of the Poor

Reflection:

The Church of the Poor is a church which as for the Pope, serves as hospital that
will prioritize those who has deep wounds and in critical cases. For him, the Church of
the Poor is where the people whose poor in different aspects may it be financially,
emotionally, physically, mentally and even spiritually can go to. This promotes equality
for everyone. Not because you’re living in a low class kind of life, you don't have a right
to go to church and listen to God's word. Your standing in life won't dictate your rights.
Just like what someone told us that, we are part of God's story, thus, our social class
won't disqualify us as a child of God. We're given an equal rights but the Church of the
Poor prioritizes those who are poor for the reason that they needed the help more than
those who have everything to offer. And God won't measure the blessings that you will
be receiving through what you can offer. The blessings that we received are the
blessings that God think we deserve to have. The poor is the ones who needs the help
of the church because they must be reminded that what they're facing is just a
challenge for them and that God never forsaken them. They need someone to remind
them that they're not alone and that God sent someone to help them and it is in the
form of church and kind people who offer their excess blessings to the people who have
less. It's always better to give than to receive. And everyone must be reminded that the
people we helped might not reciprocate our help but someday they'll be able to help
another person as well. We must continue the cycle of good deeds.

As a church, why do I need to help the poor, especially the poorest of the poor?

As a Church, I need to help the poorest of the poor because they needed it the
most. Just like as a doctor, why do you need to attend first to the patient who had a
heart attack than that of a patient who's hand got scalded by a boiling water. It is just a
matter of priority. You must know who to attend first or who needs the help first. The
poorest of the poor should be prioritized because of their problems, they're thinking
that God is not with them and God doesn't care of them. They need the church to
remind them that despite of being poor, God will sent people that will help them,
people that will offer their excess blessings to them and for them not to lose faith in
God. They needed the help the most because they got nothing to give and they might
be thinking that God won't help them because they don't have something to offer in
return. Helping someone doesn't always come with a return. Most of the time, the one
that you helped cannot help you in return but they'll be inspired to help others as a
return. Helping the poor is like helping God.
