Description Client is one of the largest Biscuits, Dairy, and Cakes etc. manufacturing
company in India.
The need was to build a Salesforce platform application for Quality &
Service divisions so as to record, track & resolve business problems in
an efficient & process oriented manner.
The Quality related issues will be raised by customers by calling the call
center (Cisco) which is integrated to Salesforce softphone. The
application has the features from Case creation to closure with
workflows, approvals, reporting & dashboards.
The second module is Order booking functionality for the Sales team
through Call center. The application is integrated with DMS(Udan)
system for information on Salesman, Outlets, stock etc.

Description Amar Seva Sangam is NGO for disabled citizens. ASSA has been committed to
integrate physically and mentally challenged service users, by empowering
them to have equal participation to the society. ASSA caters to nearly 14000
disabled persons in 800 + villages. The scope of the project was to build a
solution for social workers & doctors would travel across villages & enroll
patients, diagnose, suggest therapy, track patients improvements. Solution also
has functionality to track the donors for the respective projects.
