THE SAMPAGUITA GIRL

In the town of Oton, there was a beautiful, obedient and loving little girl named Miya
Ferrer. Miya is an adopted child of Mr. Leo and Mrs. Ruby. She did not know that she is an
adopted child. She was just seen on the street crying by her mother and father when she was only
3 years old.
One sunny day, Miya sold sampaguita on the street of Oton near an old church. She felt
really tired and hot. The woman inside the red sports car asked her if she was okay but Miya felt
dizzy. The woman brought her to the nearest hospital and called her parents. Aling Ruby went to
the hospital hurriedly. Aling Ruby thanked the woman and asked her name. The woman said that
she is Layla Clayton. Layla is the Miss Universe 2017 winner and a very famous artist. Miya was
so happy to see her when she woke up. She is the idol of Miya. After few hours, the doctor told
Aling Ruby that Miya needs an AB+ blood donor since she has a slight anemia. Aling Ruby told the
doctor that she and her husband cannot donate since they have the same blood type which is
Type O. Aling Ruby don’t have a choice but to tell Miya the truth. She explained on how and
where she is found on the street. Layla heard their conversation and told them that the place
where Miya was found is near the place where she lost her daughter. They proved after the DNA
test that they are mother and daughter. Miya was so happy because her idol is her real mother.
Miya lives with her two mothers and two fathers happily.
