2. Issues and Concerns Encountered.

 After the signal bell some of the students in Grade 8 did not
immediately took cover or perform the duck, hold and cover
 Most of the students did not proactively evacuate the rooms after
the three (3) consecutive bells.
 Some students did not observe the do’s and don’ts during
earthquake/disaster.

3. Recommendations.

 Regular conduct of follow through training on proper actions and

responses.
 Familiarization of the students, teachers and staff of the School’s
disaster response plan design.
 Information drive/replication of disaster preparedness in homes and
the community.
