Permanent Residents (PR); b. Students; and . Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) Filpinos who fall under the above exemptions shall execute and sign a declaration signitying their knowledge and understanding of the risks involved, prior to their travel. 2. TOTAL BAN on travelers coming from the North Gyeongsang Province or Gyeongbuk of South Korea, including Daegu and Cheongdo County: Exemptions: 2. Filipinos and their spouse or children; b. Foreigners with Philippine Permanent Resident visas (Sec. 13, £0324, RA7919, Native Born (NB), MCI-07-021,, MCL-08-003, 47 Refugee); c.
