1-lot Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment for the Repair of Ballroom Divider

General Requirements:

1. All works must be properly coordinated to Engineering & Loss Prevention Department to
secure work permit
2. All personnel should have PPEs and safe work attitude must be performed at all times.
3. Completion: 1 week per Divider (Ballroom 1-2; Ballroom 2-3)
4. Noisy Works: 10AM until 5 PM

Main Requirements:

1. Provide Gantt Chart.

2. Provide detailed report with before and after pictures.
3. To conduct total repair of Ballroom Divider, functionality wise it should be easy to operate
from inside the storage and going out. To install motorized equipment.
4. Replacement of tracks and bearing if necessary.
5. Stretching of fabric, replace those with damage fabric.
6. Touch-up of panels.
7. Repair & repaint of damaged ceiling.
8. Repainting of baseboards.
9. Repair of drop down seal and ensure soundproofing.
10. Joint inspection with Engineering upon hand-over.
