The Hotel and Management students together with sir Jonas Matheu Marquez and bryan attended the

WOFEX 2019 at SMX Convention Center on August 7, 2019. There were food exhibit, machinery exhibit,
and free tasting for a cost. Some professionals give their ideas for innovation of foods and suggest to
have as their own. This is essential for HM students because it gives them different techniques in
preparing and serving foods as well proper attitude.
