Our case is a pregnant woman having a blood pressure of 170/100 mmhg, presence of protein in the

urine. She also had seizure episodes.

a pregnant woman, and as we know if the patient is having 170/100 bp, then the patient is hypertensive.
And if the patient is hypertensive, then her blood vessels are constricting leading to increase blood
pressure and hypertension

The exact cause of seizures in eclamptic patients is still unknown but there are many theories that it
could be due to cerebral vessels vasospasm ischemia, hemorrhage, cerebral edema or formation of
micro thrombi in cerebral blood vessels.

Three common symptoms that precede the onset of a seizure are headache,
hyperreflexia, proteinu

If the patient is having preeclampsia then she is having an edema
