Depending on the amount of electricity produced or the total amount of coal consumed, the average annual amcunt of SO: sir emissions of Unit 6 is about 27,000 tons, which represents significant pollution. 3 1.1. Description of the current state In TPP “Tuzla” there are 4 production units, Unit 3, Unit 4, Unit 5 and Unit 6, with totat installed power of 723 MW. TPP “Tuzla uses ignite and brown coal from all mines from the Tuzla tasin atea as the primary fuel. Lignite is supplied and transported to TPP "Tuzla" from "Coal Mine Kreka", and brown coal from "Brown Coal Mines Banoviei and Durdevik™. The projec fuel of the Boller plant of Unit 6 is beuer, with a higher thermal performance, the brown coal range of "Brown Coal mine Banovie!"and "Brown Coal Mine Durdevik™ From the depot of TPP "Tuzla", coal is transported by a belt conveyor system to the bunkers and then fed by the gravel conveyors by contlled dosing in the fan mills of coal where itis simultaneously dred outside the combustion chamber and grinded into fine coal dusts. To reduce emissions of pollutants info the air from large combustion plans, advanced combustion technologies have been developed in the world, which have a significantly lower production of harmful components in combustion products. Following such » commitment, the revitalization ofthe combustion system of Unit 4 Unit and Unit 6 was sarried out. The existing combustion systems were reconstructed into low nitrogen oxide emission systems by primary reduction method. This method applies the so-called. Overfie Air (OFA) Stems, i the system with adding of tertiary ar atthe outlet ofthe chamber.
